Voice Of Victory is pretty much a special interest euphemeral film, as this is primarily details the assembly of a radio transmitter for war time usage. Although there’s a bit of a good introduction, as they try to make plans to introduce this heavy radio to the war front, but then it’s all amateur electronics hour, as they go step by step how the radio is assembled.
